What is The Sky in your Computer?

This Web site is a repository of Astronomy shareware and freeware software available in Internet. We have tried not to neglect the users of other operating systems and, for that reason, we will find programs for MSDOS and Windows, Mac, BeOS, Linux and programs written in BASIC. In addition, we have added a commented list of Other resources in Internet and another one of links to places related to Astronomy. The name of each program contains a link to the page where it can be downloaded.

Do you need aid to choose the version?

You can choose between these versions of our pages:

FLASH Version: Flash is an Macromedia technology to create vectorial animations. This version is interactive. Choose it if you have the Flash plugin in your computer. You can download the Flash plugin from the Macromedia page.

HTML Version: This version uses the possibilities of the dynamic HTML and Javascript. It has been designed to be contemplated in any navigator, but it will take more in loading than the following version. Use this version with fast connections to Internet.

HTML Version without images: This version is traditional of the pages the Web. It uses language HTML and it does not contain any type of images to accelerate the loading of pages. If you are interesting in the information that you can find in this website, you would have to visit this version. It can be visualized in only text browsers. Version recommended for slow connections to Internet.

It can be that this work interests you as reference and want to download it to your computer to have a printed copy. It has several options and in different formats:

If you have installed in your computer some text processor, like for example Microsoft Word, Corel WordPerfect or StarOffice, you can download the file in DOC format (in spanish) (443 Kb) .
